VES update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. VES will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
B. VES Terms and Conditions to ServicesSubscription Based Transactions.
Once Client Subscribed and Activated the product, there will be No refund and No exchange since we will release a local license for legitimate subscribed products. The local license will be issued as One User, One Machine and One Operating system basis. Wiping-off or reinstalling operating system while the product is residing and is activated, the local license will be void. Changing the Name of the machine (PC/Laptop) and/or the User Name while the product is residing and is activated, the product will not work. We provide trial version for client. VES is not responsible for any data inaccuracy that may arise while using non-trial version.
VES will collect the following information upon product activation:

Service Based Transactions.Once Client Initiated the agreed down payment, VES will commence the service account, No refund for down payment And No exchange for service description. Changing the service description in the middle of agreed service duration may incurred an Additional Cost and revised timeline to complete the service. Upon handing over of the final Product to Client. Client should review the delivered product and inform us incase errors arises. VES will give 15 days from the date of final handing over to rectify errors. VES is not responsible for the errors that may found beyond 15 days grace period.
